Absolute Beginners' Classes for Adults
Usually held in Lewes, our popular Absolute Beginners' Class covers all kinds of dances from Rumba to Tango,
Foxtrot to Jive. A new course starts every term and you don't need a partner - just reserve your place and dance
the night away!
Adult Ballet
Exclusively for over 16's, this open class follows the usual format of barre work followed by exercises and
choreography in the centre. Whether you are new to Ballet or are returning to it, this class is for you!
